The Four Guiding Principles

Here at Evolution Childcare, we thoroughly understand the four guiding principles which shape an early years setting.

These are:

Every child is unique. We plan for each child's individual interest and development stage and understand every child is different and learns at different rates.
Children learn to be strong and independent through positive relationships-this starts from the very first settling in, building that trust and comfort for the children and their environment in order for the children to thrive and grow in a safe environment.
Children learn and develop well in enabling environments. We complete monthly audits to ensure each room and their environments offer the best play and learning opportunities for each unique child.
The importance of learning and developing. We complete initial assessments then plan using the children's interest, daily next steps to help us plan for their personal, unique learning journey. All our staff are highly trained and have access to an abundance of training courses to support them within their role.
