Evolution Childcare was established 18 years ago by an experienced management team, dedicated to providing high quality childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. The proprietors Rob Jones and Sue Jones have considerable experience working with and educating children and this has been their driving factor when entering the Early Years Sector.
Rob Jones is an ex Liverpool FC and England Professional football player who currently mentors the Under 19s and Under 21s Liverpool Academy Team. Sue Jones is an ex professional Tennis Coach who is also a qualified NVQ 3 and 4 Nursery Nurse and holds a BA (hons) Early Years Education. More importantly they are also parents themselves, and have brought together enthusiastic, dedicated staff whose childcare credentials are second to none.
We are proud to have been rated Ofsted Outstanding for over 12 years now, proving our ongoing innovative and commitment to Early Years Education Sue has been recognised by Nursery Management Today as one of the ‘NMT Power 20 Individuals in Childcare’ and just recently ‘One of the ‘Five Most Inspirational People’ in the Sector.
At Evolution Childcare all our staff are highly trained and receive specialist in-house staff training throughout the year to maintain our outstanding standards of quality childcare education. We pride ourselves on our Evolution Childcare award winning bespoke e-learning that is fundamental to our Staff’s understanding of our Company aims, vision and ethos as well as our operational standards and expertise necessary to wear the Evolution Childcare staff name badge.
All our staff members hold their certificates for administering first aid and these are updated annually. Staff are readily available to discuss children’s development and progression within any of the nurseries and we hold two informal parents evening each year.
